A LITTLE INFO ABOUT ME AND MY BUSINESS
Turning my love of crocheting into a business
I started this business during the first COVID lockdown in 2020. I was going through a really rough patch with my mental health and needed something to keep my mind busy before uni started. I intended to stop when I started uni, however I could not bare the thought of putting down my crochet hook! Now here I am and still loving every moment thanks to all of you!
A little info about me! I am 21 years old and training to be a counsellor! I am extremely obsessed with animals and my dream is to have a large plot of land and have my own goats, donkeys and many other animals!
All of the items in this shop are handmade and made out of the best quality materials. The yarn used is extremely soft and all of the animals are super soft and squishy. I am very much a perfectionist so no item will be dispatched unless it meets my high standards (unless it is one of the discount items of course!) haha!

DISPATCH & SHIPPING
When you select your shipping option it will tell you the max delivery time so please don't email me chasing up where the order is unless it has exceeded that time.
You will receive an email when your order has been dispatched. After I have sent the order out for delivery it will no longer be possible to change your order or request a refund as I will not be able to get the order back. This means it is important to check that you have put the correct address on your order!
Please note that you will not receive a tracking number unless you select tracked delivery at checkout. I highly recommend getting tracked delivery for international orders as it can help give peace of mind :)
If at checkout it says that I do not ship to your country, then please head over to my Etsy page as you will be able to order from there! (rachelscrochetcr on Etsy).
