DO YOU DO PREORDERS?

Yes I do! Every Monday I put some pre orders up. Follow me on Instagram as I will post on my story before I put them up. The time changes every week to give everyone a chance. All pre orders will be dispatched the Sunday after the order is placed.

I am currently not doing any custom orders other than those shown on my shop. This is due to being a busy uni student!

WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT OPTIONS?

I accept card payments and payments through PayPal

MY ORDER HASN'T ARRIVED, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

If you think that your order is delayed then please email me and include your order number, address and date of purchase. If it has been 10 days since the order was supposed to arrive then I can contact Royal Mail and see if the order is delayed or lost. I will only be able to send out a new order to you if Royal Mail refund me. This is due to me not having any control over the package after it has been posted.

I PUT THE WRONG ADDRESS ON MY ORDER, WHAT SHOULD I DO?

Email me ASAP!!
I dispatch all orders on Sunday mornings so if you have not emailed me before I post your order then I will be unable to change it. If the order gets returned to me I will send it out to your correct address. However if it doesn't get returned then unfortunately there is nothing I can do to amend it.
Please make sure you double check the address when placing an order!!
